The Petroleum Professional is a bi-annual SAPIA Human Resource Development Journal. This journal chronicles industry progress and industry stories on human resource development transformation, national and international best practice research. Regular features in the journal include a focus on gender relations in the workplace, a work-life balance column, book reviews, petroleum education and a travel tales column written by South African petroleum professionals seconded abroad. The total circulation of 12 000 copies is distributed to member companies, refineries, blending plants and black empowerment companies.
